Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how we make it right.

 

General Return Policy

We want every shopping experience with Couture Candy to end with you feeling amazing. If something isn’t quite right, you may send your item(s) back for Store Credit or Easy Direct Exchange within 5 days of receipt, as long as the product is returned in new condition.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn and unaltered
• Free of laundering, smoke, or any signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags still attached

Store credit is valid for six months from issuance and can be applied to any product in our collection. To use it, simply sign in to your account and check out as normal. Your credit will be applied automatically at the payment step.

Items purchased using store credit are considered final sale and non-returnable.

 

How to Return: Step by Step

Getting your return started is simple. Just follow these steps:

• Email us at cs@couturecandy.com to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our team will review and issue one for all authorized returns.

• Once you receive your RMA number, pack your item(s) securely and ship them back using insured UPS or FedEx.

• Keep your tracking number. We recommend insured shipping for your peace of mind.

Important Return Guidelines

• Returns will not be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email cs@couturecandy.com before sending anything back.

• If your original order shipped for free, the freight/handling cost will be deducted from your store credit.

• Returns received more than 5 days after your RMA was issued will incur a 20% late fee.

• Returns sent without an RMA are subject to a 50% penalty on the purchase amount.

• If a coupon or promotion code was used at purchase, a 20% penalty will be deducted and store credit issued.

• We do not accept returns after 14 days of receipt. No exceptions.

 

Cancellation Policy

In-Stock Items

Need to cancel? You can do so at no charge up to four (4) hours before your order is processed.

• Cancelled within 4 hours of processing: a 15% cancellation fee applies, and you’ll receive a monetary refund.

• Already shipped: the order is treated as a standard return under our return policy.

Special Order Items

Special Order Items are cut specifically for you, which means cancellations after processing carry a 50% restocking fee, issued as store credit.

Note: “Processed” means payment has been verified and the item has been ordered and confirmed with our vendors.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and considered Final Sale at the time of purchase:

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All Sale, Discount, or Marked Down products — any item sold at a discount is final sale

• Custom Order dresses

• Bridal Gowns

• Dresses from Gatti Nolli

• Quinceãera Gowns are returnable but subject to a 50% restocking fee

 

 

Damaged Products, Disputes & Refused Packages

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives less than perfect, here’s what to do:

• Received a damaged or defective item? Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

• Refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and be issued as store credit.

• Bank disputes that result in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee. The remaining store credit will be re-issued immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by the customer.

 

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We’d love to help you find your perfect fit. Just email cs@couturecandy.com and one of our team members will place a new order for you and issue an RMA for your previous purchase, following our standard return policy.

 

International Customers

We’re happy to serve customers worldwide. For international orders, we extend the return window to 10 business days to account for transit time. A few things to keep in mind:

• Shipping, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility and are non-creditable upon return.

• We do not reimburse return shipping charges, taxes, or duties for international orders.

• Returns received more than 30 days after delivery will incur a 20% late fee.

• Couture Candy does not assume responsibility for merchandise lost during international return shipment.

 

A Note on Sizing

Each designer follows their own unique size guide, which often differs from standard sizing. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide listed on the specific brand’s page before purchasing.

When in doubt, go up a size. It’s always easier to take a dress in than to add width.

 

Price Matching

Found a lower price for a non-sale dress we carry? We’ll match it. Just call us before placing your order and let us know where to find the lower price.

Price match conditions:

• The lower price must be currently advertised online by a US-based authorized retailer.

• The item must be in stock in your size and color, available for immediate shipping.

• Not valid on items listed as “sale,” “clearance,” “special,” or on auction sites.

• Shipping charges are factored into the comparison.

• Cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, or offer.

• Special Order Items are excluded.

• Price-matched items follow our sale policy and are non-returnable.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only collected for orders shipped to Nevada, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, or Pennsylvania. All other US states are currently exempt (no sales tax at checkout).
