    PROCESSING GUIDELINES

    All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Most orders placed Monday through Friday at 9:00 am PST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:00 am PST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

    CoutureCandy will contact you if it is unable to process and ship your order for any reason, and if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

    Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be longer for certain items, as referenced on an item's product page.

    International Shipping Policies

    International shipping fees range from $39.95 - $99.95 USD, depending on the country you live in, the shipping service you select, and the weight of your package. If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.

    International orders are subject to verification upon request. First time international customers may need to submit a faxed copy of their passport to 1-805-899-3150 or scanned copy of their cs@couturecandy.com. We apologize for any inconvenience however this is necessary for protection against fraudulent orders.

    CoutureCandy accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; CoutureCandy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from CoutureCandy, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    Refused Shipments

    If you choose to refuse your shipments from CoutureCandy, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to CoutureCandy. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

    Privacy

    CoutureCandy takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. We would like our international customers to understand that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information.

    Hassle Free Return Policy

    We at the CoutureCandy.com want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges to the card used to make the purchase.  Some items may have a shorter return period and re-stocking fees, please make sure to check item (s) description first prior to ordering.

    A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), as well as email a return shipping label to enjoy a hassle free return process.     All item/s must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached. Laundered, smoked in, used and worn items will not be accepted.

    After your request has been submitted and both the RMA and return label electronically received by email, please place the label on the outside of the package in insure safe delivery.  If you chose to use your own shipping carrier make sure to send back via a traceable method having first obtained a return tracking number and RMA from CoutureCandy.com customer service.

    Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from cs@couturecandy.com.

    General Return Policy for Sale Items

    CoutureCandy accepts returns for Sale merchandise unless otherwise noted on the specific product page as FINAL SALE.  All item/s must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached.  You have 14 days (unless otherwise noted on product page) to return your item (s) for a full refund to the credit card used to make your purchase.

    Any returns which are received after 14 days will be accessed a 10% restocking fee, returns received after 30 days are assessed a 20% restocking fee, and all products received after 60 days will be returned to sender.

    General Return Policy for Sale Items with a 30% off discount or more

    CoutureCandy.com accepts returns which are sold with a discount of 30% or more, however we apply a 10% restocking fee.  This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and applied to the original form of payment.  Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded.

    All Sale Products 70% off or more are Final Sale and will not be refunded.

    Return your special occasion dress Hassle Free to us within 3 business days of receiving your package - No questions asked. Upon receipt of your purchase, we will issue you store credit for the original cost of the item less the freight charges if shipped for free. Store credit is valid for one year. All products must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

     

    Requesting a Return Authorization (RMA)

     

    To return a Special Occasion Dress please contact cs@couturecandy.com for a return authorization number (RMA number), and write that number on the outside of your return package. Our support team will issue you a Return Shipping Label for your convenience usually within one business day of receiving your request and deduct the return shipping amount from your store credit if applicable.

     

    Packages returned without first obtaining an RMA number will be accepted, but a penalty of 25% percent of the purchase amount will apply so please email our Customer Service team to receive an RA first before returning your package!

     

    Store Credit

     

    At CoutureCandy.com we want you to be 100% satisfied. Your store credit can be used on any product sitewide without restrictions. Store credits once issued may be redeemed only one time at which point merchandise purchased with a store credit becomes a Final Sale.

     

    To use your store credit, simply sign into your account, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, your store credit will automatically be applied.

     

    110% Price Match Guarantee!

     

    We offer a price match of 110% on special occasion dresses. If you find the same dress from an authorized retailer we will deduct 10% from your purchase price.

     

    To be eligible for a price match, the retailer must be authorized by the designer to sell the item at that price, and they must have the item in stock in that same color and size. This policy excludes sale items.

     

    Return Shipping Labels

     

    Return Shipping Labels are issued to US customers only.  All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping an item back. (Duties, taxes, etc) - we recommend UPS and select “Free Domicile” when completing the shipping label.

     

    Order Cancellations

     

    We understand that you may change your mind about an item selected.  We will gladly cancel any order as long as it has not been processed and shipped. If your selection has been processed and shipped, the order will follow our return policy listed above.

     

    Final Sale

     

    Because of the nature of Special Order products, Clearance Dresses, and Bridal Dresses we cannot accommodate any requests for returns or exchanges.

     

    Also, all items purchased with an issued store credit become final sale.

     

    Damaged Merchandise

     

    If your dress is damaged when you receive it, please contact cs@couturecandy.com the day you receive it for a return label and we will replace it.

    Swimwear Return Policy

    Items must have all original tags and hygienic liners still attached. Please see our fit guides before purchasing from any of our swimwear brands. A complete refund of the purchase price will be applied to your credit card if returned within 14 days of delivery. Any products returned after this period will be accessed a 10% restocking fee.  No refunds to the credit card can be given after 30 days from the date of purchase for swimwear purchases.

    Price Match Guarantee

    CoutureCandy.com agrees to price match up to 110% of the price of a US authorized brand retailers price for all products with the same size, style, and color listed on the CoutureCandy.com site with the "110% Price Match" text ad within the price field of the product.  Not all product are eligible for price matching so please refer to the product page or call Customer Service if you are unsure for qualification.  

    Exchanges

    If you want to exchange your item for another size just email cs@couturecandy.com. One of our staff will be happy to place a new order for you and provide a RMA for your previous purchase following our standard return policy.  Please note re-stocking fees may apply, and the shipping cost of returning your original purchase will be deducted from your refunded amount.
