This jacket has a tapered bottom with the appearance of a small cape that covers the shoulders. The front is button closure and can be worn open or closed. For freedom of movement, the cape is pleated once on the back and is detachable in the front with another two buttons. The belted waist is can be worn tied to emphasize an hour glass figure.
