Located in the smart, minimalist, lobby of the Ian Schrager-owned Delano Hotel, the Rose Bar pours out top-dollar martinis to a well-heeled and even better dressed crowd thirsty for glitz and glamor. Dramatic and undeniably chic with gauzy curtains and gargantuan pillars of the Delano Hotel suggestively frame private conversation nooks filled with the predominantly slinky model crowd.

Order The Rose Bar’s most popular cocktail, the mango martini, a blend of vodka, mango puree and a splash of pineapple juice and take a seat in one of the overstuffed chairs and view life through rose-colored glasses in Philippe Starck's ode to "Alice in Wonderland." The bar draws the not-so-incognito celebrities, fashion hounds and visiting royals from the world of entertainment, sports and, yes, even politics, as Bill Clinton has been spotted on occasion.

Locals in the know flood the scene at the Rose Bar on Tuesdays when famed Miami party promoter Tommy Pooch turns it up a notch after 10pm.
