Temple is a 22,000-square-foot multi-level club designed to be reminiscent of a Buddhist temple, with a modern twist of course. The club contains two main areas, the Destiny Lounge, which is comfortable for lounging with friends due to ample seating provided by the sleek white leather couches, and the Catacomb Lounge, located in the basement, which has more dancing and live DJ-spun music.

Temple is the perfect place for private parties and has the ability to accommodate groups from eight people to over one thousand. If the catacombs and surf video projections don’t hold your attention, Temple also features a late-night Cal-Indian fusion menu, called Prana, in the club.

The best nights to visit Temple are Friday and Saturday, when the club not only stays open until 4am, but also hosts guest DJs and performers; including future spotlight Mos Def.

Hilary Duff was spotted sneaking out the backdoor with San Francisco Giants pitcher, Barry Zito. She was rumored to be wearing her standard late night outfit, which is more than appropriate for the scene at Temple, including layered black tanks, skinny jeans, chunky gold hoop earrings and layered necklaces (Hillary’s favorites include Rebecca Norman Large Hammered Hoops in Vermeil and Rachel Leigh’s Hammered Circular Pendant in Gold.)

Her look is achieved by pairing Hilary’s favorite denim, Joe's Jeans Chelsea Ultra C in Storm Grey, with Gold Hawk’s Cami in Raven Black.
