Apparently the $1.2 million makeover budget for the original cheeseburger-joint re-model was worth it, as Pearl is one of the hottest spots on South Beach, bringing in jetsetters from around the world. Champagne is surprisingly affordable for everyone, heiress or not, with glasses starting at $12, and bottles at $100 (although choices can vary from $100-$3000.) The shell-shaped champagne bar offers a variety of caviar, hors d'oeuvres and strawberries in addition to their signature bubbly. A splash of amber lighting gives the private lounge a warm glow.

This trendy, Euro-hip restaurant and bar is a place to see and be seen. Sip Champagne and sample caviar hors d'oeuvres and soak up the good life. Fair warning: Pearl was recently voted best place to model watch.

The best time to visit this swanky lounge is Sunday night. Just be prepared to dress up and shell out top dollar for a glamorous evening inside this hot-pink dream.
