Adjacent to The Restaurant at the Setai, The Grill makes a statement with gorgeous Asian-influenced décor, bronze leather cushions, woven wood ceiling, antique stone — and a menu that brings a rustic Spanish twist to classic steakhouse fare. The Grill is in keeping with the rest of The Setai's sexy and edgy vibe and fills its tables with an active, youthful crowd. A nice touch is the antipasto brought to each table. Natural and simple in presentation, it includes roasted red peppers, marinated artichokes, corona beans, Persian feta cheese, Langurian olives, semi-dried tomatoes and grilled eggplant.

After the tantalizing appetizers, get familiar with entradas like smoked beef carpaccio with Banyuls vinegar reduction and braised bacon with grain mustard. Then move on to a plato principal like naturally grown beef, Kurobuta pork, or New Zealand lamb chops. Add on a selection of salsas such as Setai steakhouse sauce, anti-cucho, and chimichurri.

Be prepared to go big when dining at this Miami staple, The Grill at The Setai comes with Setai prices, which are notoriously astronomical. Come hungry and with deep pockets and you'll leave The Grill relaxed and surprisingly feeling rich.
