Downtown Cipriani is the more casual version of Harry Cipriani, home of the New York's best Peach Bellini. Downtown offers a slightly less formal menu and atmosphere than its uptown counterpart. Downtown Cipriani’s more casual environment can be accounted to a younger crowd of celebrities and New York socialites. The charming outdoor dining accommodates Soho's relaxed neighborhood vibe is why many return to this downtown landmark.

WHO: Recently spotted celebrities include pregnant Nicole Ritchie and gal-pal Mischa Barton, Pamela Anderson, Lindsey Lohan and recent fling Calum Best, Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Bruce Willis, with his oldest daughter who also happens to be Lindsey Lohan’s BFF Rumer Willis and Jennifer Lopez.

Visit for the impeccable cuisine, their famous Peach Bellini, the charming ambiance, but above all, go for the unrivaled New York people watching. Downtown Cipriani is known all over the bustling city of New York as the Mecca of people watching, and its inviting outdoor seating area and noon to midnight hours makes it a prime spot. Jennifer Lopez agrees, “I love having lunch at Downtown Cipriani. The best part is they have outside seating. The yellow awning bears no name; so only VIP’s know where to go. In addition to the standard socialite luncheon crowd, Downtown Cipriani is also home to a private membership-only bungalow tucked away inside, which adds to the exclusivity of this Soho watering hole.

Open Daily from Noon to Midnight. If you can get a table on the outdoor patio, it's the place to see and to be seen. Mid-week is a popular choice for dinner and the younger crowd and party-like atmosphere is guaranteed to provide entertainment into the late night.

The recommended dress code is very trendy, considering it is a younger crowd, but the casual vibe allows for jeans and a tee.
