Processing Guidelines

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday through Friday at 9:00 am PST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:00 am PST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

CoutureCandy will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

Most items ordered are processed within 48 hours. Processing times may be longer for certain items, as referenced on an items product page.


Domestic Shipping Costs and Methods

Standard Ground Shipping - within the continental USA

  • Delivery within 1-7 business days
  • Free Ground Shipping on all regular priced orders over $150
  • Shipping fee of $7.95 applies to all orders under $150 and all sale/discounted orders
  • Allow additional time for order processing (see processing guidelines)

Standard Ground Shipping - to Alaska and Hawaii

  • Delivery within in 2-7 business days
  • Hawaii $7.95
  • Alaska $7.95
  • Allow additional time for order processing (see Processing Guidelines)

Expedited 2-Day Shipping
  • Delivery within 2 business days
  • Shipping fee of $24.95 applies
  • Weekend Delivery is not available
  • Allow additional time for order processing (see Processing Guidelines)
  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping Costs and Methods
International Shipping
  • Delivery within in 2-5 business days
  • Shipping fee of $39.95 applies
  • International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges.

International Shipping Policies

International orders are subject to verification. First time international customers must submit a faxed copy of their passport to 1-805-899-3150 or scanned copy of their passport to support@couturecandy.com. We apologize for any inconvenience however this is necessary for protection against fraudulent orders.

CoutureCandy accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; CoutureCandy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from CoutureCandy, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipments from CoutureCandy, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to CoutureCandy. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


Privacy

CoutureCandy takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. We would like our international customers to understand that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information.


Why did I receive multiple shipments from CoutureCandy?

We have many warehouses. If you ordered multiple items from CoutureCandy it is possible that you will receive your items from different warehouse locations.
