Rails International is a line based out of Los Angeles that gives comfort and style, all in one. The Ava Dress in Black is a cotton/modal blend dress with skinny straps that cross in the back. This dress has a baby doll shape and 5 decorative buttons down the front. Around the top of the dress as well as around the hemline there is a delicate eyelet pattern which is fun and flirty.
