   The fashion debut of Rebecca Marciano’s PT @ The 2005 Pre- Oscars NEXT Designers Fashion Event was held at the world famous Sky Bar at the Mondrian Hotel. The NEXT event, hosted by ‘Belle Gray’ is a New York Style Fashion Event that spotlights seven of the brightest designers and products for the coming season. Rebecca Marciano (of the Marciano family Guess? Fashion dynasty) definitely lived up to her name. Not only does Guess? produce great denim, it seems as if they also produce amazing denim designers.

PT denim has a fit to it that exceeds what most people call ‘the perfect pair of jeans.’ These are definitely high end and a must-have.

Although the entire show was cut short due to delays from the rain, nothing could stop Marciano from making her official entrance into the fashion world. When it came time to present her line, the lights in the Sky Bar began to dim, and that’s when people knew something different, something exciting, something big was coming.

A black and white countdown appeared on the screen, the intro to "We Will Rock You" began, and out came the models with the attitude and stage presence to compliment Marciano’s designs.

Celebrity guest model and Marciano’s long time friend, Sean Stewart helped make the grand finale of Marciano’s show one that no one would forget. Stewart was there to make a splash, literally, and that’s just what he did as he made a huge leap into the pool in the center of the catwalk.

We are very confident that you will be seeing lots more from Marciano in the future. For someone who remained relatively quiet in the industry with the exception of her boutique "Punkture" located on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills, she sure got everyone in attendance clapping and cheering the loudest. We can’t wait to see what she has in store next!
