Pierce Jeans is an innovative new denim line launched in 2006 at the request of CEO David Hwang's son to create clothing to "help the children of the world who are desperate, hungry, and unfortunate." For the 2007 season, 50% of their proceeds go directly to charities in Africa, signified by the green stitching on the back pocket. The Sharon Skinny Flare Lagoon in Silverton is a classic low rise flare jean in a dark indigo wash. Grey seam stitching and gunmetal rivets add to the vintage design. Back pockets have center pleats and green thread.
