Nation Ltd. founder, Jen Menchaca, started the company when she found the perfect white t-shirt in her dad’s closet. She launched her company and designed her line based on the simple, basic shirt that everyone loves and it soon became a success. No stranger to the fashion industry, Jen began her career by creating the first rhinestone belt buckle in 2000 (yes, you have her to blame) and launching a worldwide trend. She soon parlayed her gluing talents into designing jewelry under her company, American Glam. In 2002, Jen teamed up with a friend to create t-shirts in support of John Kerry. The quintessential multi-takser, jen has managed her expanding company all while being a publicist for David E. Kelley Productions (Ally McBeal, The Practice, Boston Legal), volunteering at her favorite charities and taking care of the cutest wiener dog in the world, Linus Bean.
