CELEBRITY STYLE BLOG: A Duff/Lohan Reconciliation

Hilary Duff was spotted at LAX with sister Haylie on May 30 looking happy and not seeming to mind that there were paps everywhere. Wearing light-wash bootcut jeans with a flowy light brown tunic top (like Karen Zambos' Low Scoop Dress) and paired with a grey button-down cardigan (ParkVogel's Cashmere Cardigan is a similar style in a tan shade), Hil made sure she still looked like her stylish self, even at the airport. In addition to soaring into the sky on a jetplane at LAX, it seems that the Duffster is also reaching new heights in the reconciliation department as well. While it seems that former Duff enemy Lindsay Lohan might have had the worst Memorial Day weekend ever (hello car crash, DUI, cocaine scandal and rehab part two), at least the two girls made peace before Linds headed into Promises. Hilary said recently that she and "Lindsay were out at the same place, and we were like, 'Let's get this out of the way.' And she was really nice, and I was really nice." And just like that, the hatchet was officially buried. Must be nice for Linds to not have any drama with Hil hanging over her head as she re-entered rehab, even though, let's be serious, the drama was about Aaron Carter! Ha!

Style Tip: If You're Going to San Francisco

It seems the Summer of Love is back as a major style inspiration. Whether it's sparked by the balmy heat of Coachella, those irresistible Scarlett Johansson LV ads, or simply the political landscape, the nod to Haight and Ashbury makes for some out-of-sight style.

Try wearing your inner peace on the outside with a flower in your hair. No need to fuss about it, just pick a pretty one and let nature be your accessory (Groovy.) We love adding a small hap-hazard bun to the usual up-do and setting it off with a cluster of tiny blooms. Sticking a bright flower in a cool Panama hat adds a dash of romance. Use Bobbie pins to keep things in place and have an out of sight summer.
