The Piccadilly is a whimsical top by Laura Dahl with a sultry cowl neck. The sleeveless style and longer hem in back give this top a vintage style that is timelessly sexy. The back features two long ties with small metal grommets attached to them to give the top a hint of shine and add a modern detail. The ties can be tied around the neck, behind the neck, or around the bodice for a variety of looks.
