The creative force behind Kitsch 'n' Kouture is Leslie Homan, owner and designer of Femme Metale "sterling silver jewelry that rocks". In March 2008, Leslie launched Kitsch ‘n’ Kouture as a means to deliver that Femme Metale feel to a broader audience. This huge extravagant necklace features an ornate clasp, multiple chains leading to a huge center piece with drops of chain and beads. Gun metal finish nickel and lead free. Featured in a fashion editorial in Signature Magazine: “The Descent” June 2009.
