These are TRUE-FIT suits, meaning they run slightly larger than typical swimwear. For example, if you are a true C-cup but need a lift – we recommend the SM (B/ small C). But if you are an “enhanced” or perky C-cup, then we would recommend the MED (true C). If you are a true size 4, we would recommend a SM (2-4). DO NOT go up a size based on past experience with other swimwear fitting too tightly.
