Feisty Swimwear is the vision of two surfers from Santa Barbara, California. Owner and creator of J7 Surfboards, Jason Feist has been shaping boards for surfers around the globe since 1999. While working beside female surfers, inspiration struck! These girls needed a quality bikini that would be versatile enough to go from getting barreled in the ocean’s waves, to sunbathing in the hot sand. His goal: to provide a practical bikini that reflects the confidence and sex appeal of the modern beach culture.

Long time friend and surfer Sean O’Connor joined the design team in 2004 to form what is now known as Feisty Swimwear. Wildly popular on the west-coast, they have managed to create a range of bikinis that reflects the fun and active lifestyle which lies in the soul of the feisty female.
