CoutureCandy creates online radio shows that you can listen to on your iPod or computer. Typical CoutureCasts include an interview with a popular designer or an icon in the fashion industry. CouturCasts are always interesting, convenient and easy to use. To download CoutureCasts to your iPod, simply go to the Media Archive page, select on the CoutureCast you want then click the iTunes 1-click button.

How to use the CoutureCandy shopping cart?

  • Step 1 Shopping Cart - Add items to your shopping cart. When you are done adding items to your cart, click Proceed to Checkout. You can remove items from your cart by selecting the checkbox to the left of the product image then clicking the Remove button.
  • Step 2 Account - For existing customers, enter your email address and password and click Login. For new customers, fill out the form to create your account then click Submit.
  • Step 3 Address - If your billing address is correct and your package will be delivered to your billing address then click Continue Checkout. If you would like to ship to a new address then select Deliver to a different address and click Continue Checkout. Here you can enter your new address or select from a list of previously used addresses.
  • Step 4 Confirmation - Confirm your billing, shipping address, enter your coupon code or gift certificate code, select shipping preferences then click Continue Checkout.
  • Step 5 Purchase - Enter your credit card information and click Make Payment.
  • Step 6 Receipt - After accepting your credit card, we will show a receipt for your order.

Can I pay by cash?

Yes, you can pay for your online purchase with CASH -- no credit card required. Simply buy a PaidByCash Virtual Card for any amount you wish at over 60,000 neighborhood locations near you, and spend it online at CoutureCandy.com.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax for all orders shipped California. We do not add sales tax for items shipped outside of California.

How can I track my order?

A confirmation email is sent once your order has been accepted. Additionally, a shipment confirmation email is sent as your items are shipped - included in this email are tracking numbers that you can use to track your order with UPS, FedEx and USPS. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at CoutureCandy. Simply click the My Account link at the top of your page or Sign In. Click View Order History then your Order Number to view the details of your order.

How can I modify my order?

Is CoutureCandy secure against fraud and online hackers?

Security at CoutureCandy is something we take very seriously. Our site is checked daily by HackerSafe to ensure CoutureCandy is secure against malicious attacks. GeoTrust SSL Technology guarantees that your personal data is transmitted from your PC to our Server with the most sophisticated encryption technology available. Additionally all personal credit card information is encrypted on our servers.

Why did I receive multiple charges on my Credit Card for one order?

We charge your credit card when an item ships to you. Because items may ship at different times from different locations, you may find separate charges on your credit card statement.

Where is the 3 digit security code on my credit card?

The Card Security Code (CSC) is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back of a credit card (typically in the signature field). The number appears only on the card itself (not on receipts or statements) so it can provide some indication that the physical card is in the possession of the buyer.

What Countries do you ship to?

CoutureCandy ships to most locations throughout the world. See the full list of countries.

Guidelines

For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make a purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States.

CoutureCandy may ship items using:
  • UPS (United Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • USPS (United States Postal Services)

After an order is placed with CoutureCandy.com, you will receive a confirmation email saying your order has been accepted. Most items are shipped within one business day during weekdays. When an item ships, a shipment confirmation email is sent that includes a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment.

We work with partners that have additional inventory and may ship your items from different locations.

International shipping costs, methods and disclosure

All international orders are shipped via U.S.P.S.

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.

International orders are subject to verification. First time international customers must submit a faxed copy of their passport to 1-866-399-3523 or scanned copy of their passport to support@couturecandy.com. We apologize for any inconvenience however this is necessary to protect against fraudulent orders. International orders must have the same billing and shipping address.

International Shipping costs are approximately $39.95 USD.

We Accept Returns and Exchanges on International orders (including Canada).

GIFT SERVICES

What gift wrap/box services do you offer?

CoutureCandy ships all items in stylish pink boxes embossed with the CoutureCandy logo. All items are wrapped in tissue and a receipt is included in the box.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Click here (http://www.couturecandy.com/certificate.html) to purchase a gift certificate. Gift certificates are delivered in a CoutureCandy envelope. Gift Certificates are shipped ground via USPS at no charge and you may choose expedited shipping for an additional cost. The amount of your gift certificate will be deducted from your total. If your gift certificate is more than your total purchase then you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

Included on your gift certificate is your gift certificate code. In step 4 of your checkout process you may enter in your certificate code.

Why do I need to register?

Registering with CoutureCandy is required before you can place an order. After registering you are able to check the status on all orders placed under your account. A valid email address is required for you to access your account. Signing up to our newsletter, the CoutureGram, does not mean you have registered an account.

How do I make changes to my account profile?

Log into your account and click the My Account tab. From here you can modify your address, change your e-mail, password and add addresses to your address book.

If you are not satisfied with your order CoutureCandy will be happy to exchange or return your item less return shipping charges.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Your credit card will be refunded the amount of the items returned when those items are received in our office.
