It's Time To Stop Fermenting A Funk, Come Out Of Your Caves, And ROCK! Savory summer is here. Just the thought alone of longer days where the sun virtually never seems to set, stirs me into another girl. It's time to stop fermenting a funk, come out of your caves, and ROCK! My kick ass plans for the summer are attending gigs by all the 'acronym' bands that covered my peechees and gave solace to my misunderstood youth. I'm talking about bands that stand for something folks, literally' BTO (Bachman Turner Overdrive), WASP (We are Satan's People), ELO (Electric Light Orchestra), BOC (Blue Oyster Cult), and last of all, OMD (Orchestral Maneuvers in the Dark). Clearly there folks who aspire to go on such a rock road trip as this, but I doubt you could hang. So, while you're busy wishing that you could be me, I will school you on what threads you need to wear to keep you cool this summer. more...
