With Christian Lacroix at the helm of Desigual's Fall 2011 line, the collection is moving towards a more luxe and sophisticated look. With thick tweeds and rich velvets at the forefront, Desigual promises a mix of haute couture with urban casual.

At twenty, the young Swiss national Thomas Meyer envisaged a future in which people would dress in clothes designed to arouse positive emotions, clothes affordable to the majority. And thus, back in 1984, the Desigual (lit. unequal) brand first saw the light.

And from the outset his project has exuded Positivism, Commitment, Tolerance, Constant Improvement. Innovation and Fun. Because, as our first slogan proclaimed, Desigual is not the same.
