This necklace features 2 discs (one is green gold with rose gold frame and the other is rose gold with yellow gold frame) and a 14k rose gold tag with 2 diamond inlays that can be placed anywhere on the tag. Up to eight characters can be added to each disc and six characters to the tag. You can also add symbols to further personalize each one: butterfly, lotus flower, heart, star, numbers, peace sign, paw print, and more! Comes on 16” yellow gold chain.
