Actor Jason London was rumored to be at the Beverly Center's Bloomingdale's but it was Chip and Pepper Foster, founders of the Chip & Pepper denim line and owners of Los Angeles boutique Golf Punk, who were mobbed by autograph seekers on the department store's third floor at a March 11 party that introduced the designers to their customers.
