"The City" star Whitney Port was seen trekking around the sweltering NYC pavement on August 18, making purchases at such upscale stores as Williams-Sonoma and Citarella Gourmet Market. For her "hot-child-in-the-city" look, Whit started with a cute tank style frock (check out 12th Street by Cynthia Vincent's U-Neck Dress or Gold Hawk's more intricately detailed Sequin Dress in Dessert Brown) and styled it with checkered hi-top Converse sneakers, round sunnies, and two bracelets - one, a multicolored, woven bracelet like Ettika's Triple Stack Multi Color Satin Cord Bracelet in Peace, the other, a simple gold bangle, like Rachel Leigh Jewelry's Sweet Tooth Bangle in Gold. I love how Whitney mixed the casual sneaks with the femininity of the dress - what do you think? While Whit's former "Hills" co-star Lauren Conrad has a makeup deal with mark. Cosmetics, it seems that Whitney is set to launch her own beauty campaign. Partnering with Cargo Cosmetics, WP is going introduce her very own signature shade of hot pink lipstick. A source says, "Whitney’s new cosmetic product is part of the PlantLove series and two dollars of every sale will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
