Stepping out for a cup of coffee at Cafe Cluny in NYC's West Village on November 18, Jennifer Aniston did her best to avoid the pesky paparazzi as she headed to her waiting car. For her NYC ensemble, Jen bundled up in a classic navy trench coat (opt for a cropped version with Bailey 44's Cropped Trench in Black, or stand out with Walter's Khaki Flocked Trench in Multi, which has a cool leopard print pattern) and a pair of medium wash skinny jeans (like Genetic Denim's The Shane in Admiral or Joe's Jeans' Honey in Kendall), along with a pair of geek chic glasses and a pair of knee high brown suede boots. What are your thoughts on JA's look here - is this something you would wear for an autumn coffee run? While the news of Jen's BFF Courteney Cox's split from hubby David Arquette has been pretty public, it seems that Jen has stepped up for her galpal and encouraged her to get on the "heartbreak diet." Britain's Now Magazine is reporting that "Jen’s put Court on the plan to help her rebuild her confidence. Jen goes on it every time she breaks up with someone and needs a boost. It’s like a detox that helps you lose weight and cleanse your body, in particular your heart and cardiovascular system. The food’s all sugar-free, carb-free and high in garlic and chili with no oil or butter. Jen swears it’ll help get Courteney back on track mentally and physically." Interesting - do any of you buy this, and if so, is this so-called "heartbreak diet" something you've ever tried?
