Heidi Montag and her hubby Spencer Pratt were spotted hosting a Valentine's Day-themed bash at hotspot PURE Nightclub in Las Vegas on February 13, marking Heidi's first public appearance since her massive 10 plastic surgery procedures. For her red carpet outing, Heidi chose a red strapless dress that Heidi says she designed - for the record, it doesn't seem like there are many "design elements" in this dress, it's basically your run of the mill sexy strapless dress. In a recent interview, Lauren finally commented on all of Heidi's plastic surgery procedures, simply saying: "it's a look." You can say that again! Heidi seems to be happy with her new face, however, and I guess that's really all that matters. At her PURE hosting engagement, Heidi was seen dancing and waving to the crowd when her song "Body Language" came on, and "later headed to the DJ booth to wish the crowd a Happy Valentine’s Day. She introduced her song “Turn Ya Head” by saying 'this is one of my new songs.' When the song started to play, Heidi made her way back up to the front of the VIP area to dance along with her fans." I can't picture "fans" actually dancing to Heidi's "music"?
