VB STRIKES A POSE

The always fashionable Victoria Beckham was FINALLY spotted in something other than head-to-toe black as she made her way through LAX while returning to Los Angeles from London on July 21, in a complete look (consisting of the blouse, trousers, and bag) from Loewe's Spring 2009 collection. VB started with a dusty rose and black polka dot blouse (for a flowy camisole, try Karen Zambos' Layered Ruffle Top in Polka Dot, or for a dress option, I'm diggin' Sue Wong's Polka Dot Short Dress in Black/Beige) tucked into her high-waisted, wide leg white trousers (check out Alice + Olivia's Wide Leg Cargo Pant in Oatmeal, or James Perse's Carpenter Pant in White), and then accessorized with a dove grey Loewe leather hobo bag, YSL grey suede Trib Two Heels, and her signature oversized sunnies. What are your thoughts on Victoria's look here - or you a lover or a hater? While it's no surprise that Victoria's fashion line, the Victoria Beckham Collection, has done incredibly well, it may come as a bit of a surprise to you that instead of choosing one of the hottest supermodels currently on the scene to pose for her campaign, Beckham instead decided to model herself for photographers. Then again, this is Posh we are talking about! Playfully sitting on a swing, Victoria posed wearing a $3500 cashmere-blend dress with $795 black Christian Louboutin heels, all the while working with the photographer and stylist on the look of the photos. Then again, that's Victoria for you - always meticulous!
