Not shy at all about her 36 years, Cameron Diaz attended the 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles on March 28. Dressing down for the event, Cam was all smiles when she arrived at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion to take part in the ceremony. Pairing a loose polka dot tank with super distressed 7 For All Mankind skinny jeans (try Denim of Virtue’s Justice Slim Bootcut Jean in Destroyed), Cameron teetered on funky striped heels and cinched her top with a thick wide belt (tone it down with Zoa’s Polka Dot Ruffle Sleeveless Blouse in Silver and Linea Pelle’s Triple Buckle Waist Belt in Vanilla). What do you think of the choice of footwear – hot or over-the-top? Love the cherry red clutch (check out Carla Mancini’s Postman Clutch in Red) and dangly silver bracelet, perfect accents to such a casual ‘fit. Do you think it works for the event? In the past, Cam had the honor of hosting the show in 2004, received the Wannabe Award in 2008 and the Burp Award in 2001 – clearly popular among the kiddies! Cam made a special appearance at the ceremony this year to present the brand new Big Green Help Award to environmental activist Leonardo DiCaprio, who told the crowd as he accepted the award: "We need all of you, the next generation, to be aware. You're the future." Cameron has quite an eco-friendly reputation as well – she and Leo were among two of the first celebs spotted cruising in Prius hybrids.
