Hayden Panettiere stepped out to eat at the popular Madeo restaurant in Beverly Hills on July 21, looking radiant as always while sporting new sleek, shorn locks. I have to wonder, does she ever look anything less than perfect? The pretty young thing had to ask the paps stationed outside where the entrance was, which would be laughable if she wasn’t so adorable! To nab Hayden’s fresh summery look, start with a comfortable off-shoulder top in a bright hue (try Rails’ Reyna Tee in Peach for a more casual look, or Kelly Cushing’s Tunic Mini Dress with Sash in Coral for a slightly dressier, long sleeved style) and pair with flattering ultra skinnies like Denim of Virtue’s Patience 5 Pocket Tapered Jean in Faded Grey. It’s been a busy summer for our favorite cheerleader from NBC’s Heroes, now in its third season. Between promoting her new single “Wake Up Call” from her debut album (set to release Aug 5) to hanging out with dreamy co-star/beau Milo Ventimiglia, Hayden found time to indulge in a little retail therapy, decorating her new home. The young starlet just moved down the street from her parent’s house into her own pad – a $4 million Hollywood Hills mansion, that is. Of life on her own, the 18 year old says, "I still want a mom and dad to take care of me and do my laundry, 'cause I can't do it. No, I'm kidding. I can do laundry!" Suuure, we believe you HP!

Hair, I don't hate it. It's cute, it works, does make her look older but not necessarily in a good way to me. Outfit is cute and simple for dinner. Off the fashion note, she is starting to look kind of tiny. No, no Hayden...please don't start!
