Making a promotional appearance at the CBS, CW and Showtime TCA Party that was held at The Pagoda in Beverly Hills on August 3, Kristen Bell and Rachel Bilson couldn't have rocked two more different looks. While Rachel was there to promote her new CW show "Hart of Dixie," Kristen was showing her support for her new Showtime series "House of Lies." For their ensembles, let's start with KB; she paired a sexy Versus dress with sheer panels with a sparkly silver Ferragamo clutch and a pair of black platforms.
