SUMMER TOUR POSTPONED

We haven't seen much of Ashlee Simpson here on CoutureCandy lately, but guaranteed that now, since she's preggers, we will be seeing a lot more of her! A.Simp was spotted leaving a meeting at the Ren Mar Studios in Hollywood on June 10, proudly flaunting the new curves that come with being with child. Work it out, Ash! For a loose cotton frock like Ashlee's, check out Ecoganik's Supima Jersey Surplus Dress in Orchid or Plenty by Tracy Reese's Long Halter Dress in Carmin. Accessory wise, Ashlee slipped on a pair of round shades (like Nour's Kiara Sunglasses in Manner Mania), held onto a studded black leather bag, and took the comfortable route by spending the day in a pair of flip flops (she's not going the Nicole Richie/Christina Aguilera route and wearing stilettos until the baby's born!). While her latest album was, ahem, less than a hit... it seems that the younger Simpson has decided to cancel her summer tour and instead spend the time relaxing and taking care of herself to ensure a healthy birth. Her spokesperson said, "After careful consideration, Ashlee has decided to postpone her summer tour. She is committed to giving her fans the best show possible, and will be back better than ever and ready to rock in the future." Jeez, talk about a cheesy statement! Ready to rock? Haha. While I don't know if Ashlee has ever rocked, or will ever again, I will say that she is looking great flaunting her new figure!
