SPICING UP "THE CITY"

Whitney Port was spotted trekking around Soho with a few glamorous girlfriends on June 17, appropriately dressed in a warm-weather look for the early summer months. Ms. Port started with a violet and seafoam hued mini dress (for similar summery options, check out Plenty by Tracy Reese's Pintucked Chemise Dress in Plum Rose or the Ruffled Shift Dress in Gumdrop Stripes, as well as Ingwa Melero's Printed Sahara Dress in Blue/Berry) and paired it with chunky, chain-strapped heels, a delicate gold bangle, and a black leather shoulder bag (try Antoinette Lee Designs' Stella Bag in Black). Whitney's kept her hairstyle pretty constant for the past few years that she's been in the limelight, her golden locks in their typical loose waves. What are your thoughts on Whitney's whole look here - hair and all - do you like it? While her "Hills" spin-off of "The City" has been picked up for a second season, producers wanted to spice it up a little so that it can match the Kristin Cavallari quota of drama on it's sister show. The show will be getting a few new co-stars this season, as a source says, "Their names are Samantha and Roxy, and they are out of control. MTV brought in new party girls because the first season was so boring and because Olivia Palermo now works at Elle and can’t be out going wild." Do you think that the first season was boring, and that it needs these loose cannons, or did you like the first season?
