Happily soaking up the sun, Hayden Panettiere flirts with the photogs while relaxing at South Beach in Miami, FL on December 31. While working on her pre-NYE tan Hayden donned a hot pink triangle bikini (like Poko Pano's Shimmer in Fuchsia) covered up with a modest Grecian style white cover-up (try Vix Swimwear's Ruffle Tunic in White or Brette Sandler's Lola Tunic in Cream), protecting her peepers with stealthy black sunnies. Hayden carried her sandals at her side (add to the goddess vibe with Andrea and Joen's Luster in Gold) and was all smiles while spending a day mingling at the beach with other young Hollywood celebs. What do you think of her conservative beach style? HP headed south for the NYE bash of the lifetime – a blowout Lady Gaga performance at the Fountainebleu Hotel complete with 13 costume changes and 15,000 fans.
