SECRET NUPTIALS?

Wearing her California pride, Katy Perry steps out in London with fiancé Russell Brand on June 25. The happy couple made their way out of a studio and caught a ride to grab a bite to eat while hanging out in Russell's native city. Subtly (or not so much?) promoting her "California Gurls" single, KP was dressed "underneath the palm trees" in a foiled graphic tee (love the girly design of Johnny Was' Kate Vneck Tee in Heather Grey) paired with bold blue skinnies (love the vibrant shade of Genetic Denim's The Shane in Admiral) and a fierce pair of studded Christian Louboutins (try a sassy stud alternative like Rock and Republic's chain embellished Romy Pump in Pewter). Katy carried a dainty gold chain strap purse (love Julie K's Renee Flap Shoulder Bag in Black) and wore a flirty crystal globe necklace to complete the look (check out Kuo Ting's Crystal Teardrop Necklace in Gold). KP finally traded in that super high, slicked back pony-tail in favor of pin curls, which I much prefer. What do you think of Katy's sassy, casual attire? Katy has been in London for a few days now promoting her hit single, but while doing an interview on the Graham Norton show she had quite an interesting slip of the tongue! When asked why she likes being with fiancé Russell Brand, KP replied, "Life's never dull with him - that's why I married him." When the audience gasped, she quickly corrected herself, "That's why I'm marrying him!" but quickly changed the subject when asked if she and Russell had indeed already tied the knot. Making things even more complicated, over the weekend Katy was Tweeting up a storm while watching the US and UK World Cup games on Saturday and Sunday: "My boyfriend is yelling at the tv again... I am shopping online, that's was the best I could barter. I have never met this man before..." Fiancé, husband, boyfriend, stranger – which is he?? Better get it straight KP!
