Taking some time off before her concert tour resumes in Vegas, Beyonce Knowles was spotted shopping at Ricky's costume shop in NYC on July 25. She's looking uber foxy these days, don't you think? Starting with bold yellow stilettos and a lime straw hat, B let her accessories take the spotlight and toned down her 'fit with comfy cuffed shorts (try James Perse's Double Pocket Short in Toast or go a little dressier with Johnson's Suella Sailor Short in Grey) and a baggy white tank (like Diesel's Tuky Tank in White or P.G.D. Style's Babydoll Tank in White). Love her multi-toned hobo, does anyone know who makes it? Besides looking fabulous, I have to comment that B is actually wearing her monstrous 18 karat wedding ring for a change. Careful with that thing so close to your face B, you'll put your eye out!
