Rihanna was spotted out shopping with friends in Milan (must be nice) on July 14, looking cute but overaccessorizing as usual. Wearing a summery pale yellow dress (similar to Karen Zambos' Button Cuff Dress in Mustard Feathers) with a leather shoulder bag, RiRi went overboard with the jewlery (key pieces like the oversized hoops, similar to Lana Jewelry's Solar Earrings, and thick silver bangles, similar to Rachel Leigh's Snake Cuff in Silver, work well for the outfit), but I think she could have done without ALL the bracelets, rings and necklaces. Just my two cents! While we all know the "Umbrella" singer's hairstyle spawned numerous copycats around the globe, what might come as a surprise is the fact that Rihanna herself never expected this! She spoke out about her hair craze, saying, "The first time I heard people were asking for the Rihanna, it was really flattering and maybe a little strange. It caught me by surprise, but now I feel it’s a very cool thing. I don’t feel the pressure to change it up again at all. I like it, as they like it." I think when people see a new or adventurous cut that isn't the same old thing, and it works for the person they see it on, they'll be tempted to try it out for themselves. You gotta give RiRi credit for having the guts to chop it all off, though!

I love the pixie cut- it looked good on Kate Moss and Sienna Miller but i think that RiRi totally rocks it!!
