Having some down time after spending a few weeks in London with her new man, Katy Perry grabs a bite to eat at Philippe Chow in LA on November 16. Going for au naturale makeup and messy tresses, Katy paired a multicolored sweater dress with round shoulders (try Walter's Intarsia Knit in Blue/Black or Rebecca Taylor's Cowlneck Dress in Gunmetal) with sexy thigh high black boots and a black waist belt (love the edginess of Rough Roses' studded Separated Straps Belt in Black). If KP's sweater dress looks familiar, it's the same H&M dress her BFF Rihanna wore while out in London on November 17. Who do you think wears in better? Katy also paired her dress with the gold purse she's been obsessed with lately (I have my own obsession with Linea Pelle's Dylan Large Speedy in Teak) and a fuzzy tan wrap. KP projected a peaceful image with her final touch, a peace sign ring (check out Ettika's too cute Love in Peace Ring in Silver) and a dainty cross necklace. Cute to see she hasn't lost touch with her religious roots!
