Allegedly, Bowman has repeatedly showed up her appearances, sometimes in facepaint depicting him as the Joker character from "Batman" fame. Soo creepy! Kim says, "I am extremely frightened by Mr. Bowman because he appears to be obsessed with me and is extremely delusional." I am glad that Kim has this restraining order in place, how scary that must have been for her!
