I know that she is one of the readers' faves, but I hate to say it- I'm not sure how much I'm feeling this 'fit of hers. While Bilson is STILL playing coy about whether she is dating Jumper co-star Hayden Christensen, she did however say that she is happy with the state of her love life in a recent interview for GQ Magazine. Regarding the "H" cuff that she is often seen wearing, the interviewer asked her if it had anything to do with the name Hayden. Bilson responded, "My little sister's name is Hattie, and my favourite food is hash browns." I'm just taking a stab in the dark here, but it is probably just an Hermes cuff that she is wearing. While it is no secret that Rachel and rumored beau Hayden Christensen are going to be turning up the heat on their "romance" with the upcoming release of their feature film "Jumper", I still have to wonder, is this a romance of convenience, or is their love for real? Gossip is spreading fast and furiously lately that Rachel and Hayden's courtship is merely for show, due to the fact that they have a movie coming out together and that Hayden, ahem, enjoys more of a male persuasion. At the premiere of Hayden's new thriller "Awake" in New York earlier this month, Rachel arrived by herself and did everything in her power to avoid being photographed with Mr. Christensen. And Rachel is getting busier and busier by the day lately, as she is gearing up for the release of her new film Jumper with Hayden Christensen. Rachel, along with the rest of the film's cast (including Hayden and Samuel L. Jackson) will appeared at the Great Sphinx in front of the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas on December 7 for a world premiere screening of the flicks official trailer, taking place at midnight. Sheesh, talk about going through great length for a movie trailer! While I told you before that Rachel is going to best guest starring on the new show "Chuck", we now know the episode names and airdates of Rachel's specific episodes. Rachel's November sweeps episodes are called "Chuck Versus the Truth" and "Chuck Versus the Imported Hard Salami", and air on November 12 and 19, respectively. Talk about the colors of the rainbow! I'm on the fence... what do you think about Rach's look here- stylish and cute or over-the-top weird? Either way, it's good to see Rachel spending time with her fam, as she had an outing with her little sis (not pictured), her grey dog Thurmen Murman, in addition to an unidentified baby. Rach was also spotted at the Sherman Oaks Fashion Square on October 8, giving a blonde woman with a stroller a hug and chatting with another woman with a baby. Allegedly, Rachel was transfixed with the child and couldn't take her eyes off of the baby. Hmm.. wonder if Rachel's starting to feel maternal and wanting to do something about it??

Cutie-pie Rachel Bilson made a trip to a local flea market on September 26, lugging along her precious pooch who I believe is Thurmen Murman (see my latest Bilson entry for my confusion over the identity of this mutt!). One thing is definitely certain, however- this dog is living the fabulous life being carried around by Miss Bilson! Wearing a white tee (like Laura Dahl's Fievel Tee in Winter White- go a few sizes up to wear it loose fitting like Rach) with a Missoni scarf and straight leg blue jeans (similar to James Jeans' Hunter High Rise Straight Jean in Mercury) tucked into caramel colored flat boots, I have to say- I love the stylish simplicity of the outfit, but I am not feeling the awkward-fitting oversized aviators... they make Rach look bug-eyed! I told you a few entries ago that Rach was in talks to sign on for a guest-starring role on NBC's new show "Chuck", and now she has confirmed and is good to go! The series has proved to be an early hit, and can be described as a mix of "Alias" and "Scrubs". Rach's arc will begin to air sometime within the next few months, so make sure and tune in for her triumphant return to television!

Famous animal lover Rachel Bilson was spotted on her way to lunch with her furry friend, dog Thurmen Murman (whose fur seems to have gotten white with age!), in Los Angeles on September 18. Wearing a black tee (like Rails' Consent T in Ash Black) with black shades (similar to Nour's Maadar Sunglasses in Oro Bianco), a black patent leather bag (Moe Bags' Camy Patent Lamb Bag in Janna is similar), grey-ish blue cropped jeans (like Hudson Jeans' Vixen Highrise Ankle Jean in Bliss) and red flats, Rach looked like her usual cute and casual self. While this pooch does somewhat resemble her main man Thurmen, I'm not 100% sure that this is indeed the dog in question! The hair's longer, it's a snowy shade of white instead of Mr. Murman's usual dark grey coloring… I wonder if Rach has kicked old Thurmen to the curb due to the arrival of new doggy BFF? Let's hope not- there's enough room in Rachel's life for all of her beloved pets.

Wearing a basic yet stylish outfit consisting of a pair of good old reliable bootcut 7 for All Mankind jeans (like the Bootcut Jean in Dark Wash or the Bootcut Jean in Vintage) with a navy button-up, caramel colored leather belt (similar to Pellemelle's Pilgrim Belt in Chestnut) and boots, I have to say- Rach is totally channeling Jennifer Aniston here! Couldn't you so see Jen wearing this outfit? Maybe Rach is subconsciously trying to channel Jen in hopes of gaining some of her TV comedy success (is it a coincidence that Jen played Rachel Green on "Friends"? Ok I need to chill with the conspiracy theories). Rachel just signed on to guest-star on "OC" creator Josh Schwartz's new show "Chuck", and he says that he and Rach "were talking and thought it would be fun to work together again, even for a few weeks. Having worked with her for four years, I know how funny Rachel is and what a good match she'd make for the show. We are all really excited and grateful that she could do this." I'm sure Rachel is pretty grateful too, because besides her upcoming feature Jumper, Rachel's career has kind of been on stand-by!

While Rach has been cavorting with still-rumored beau Hayden Christensen on the islands of Turks and Caicos, she has recently opened up about the one condition necessary for her to go nude in a film. A sex scene with Hayden? Nope. Rachel says "when it comes to nudity onscreen, unless I have a love scene with Johnny Depp, I plan to keep some clothes on." You hear that Johnny?

Rachel Bilson was spotted stopping off at a gas station to pick up some snacks on July 27, looking like she just wanted to get in and get out of there! Wearing a plum colored cotton dress (Zoa's Laurie Two Pocket Dress is similar, comes in 5 colors and even has pockets!) with stylish heels, Rach of course was wearing her lime green Hermes enamel bangle that she is never (and I mean never) seen without. Talk about finding something you love and sticking with it- I think I might just keel over in shock if I see photos of her out and about without it! While Rach has been kind of laying low and seeming to run an endless amount of errands lately, don't be fooled; she's preparing for the media blitz that will undoubtedly come with the release of her new blockbuster motion picture, Jumper, which she stars in with rumored boy-toy Hayden Christensen. But there might also be something else in the works for Bilson… a role on the hit show "Lost"! Now that TV Guide has announced that there will be two new characters on the upcoming season, fans of the series are opting for Rachel (or possible Kristen Bell) to take the part. Only time will tell!

Magazine debacle for a hot second, there is actually (as hard as this is to believe) other celebrity news going on in the world, like Rachel Bilson being on the dating scene once again! She and rumored BF Hayden Christensen went shopping at The Home Depot in LA on July 23, picking up house supplies and buckets of paint for some good old fashioned summertime house renovating. Dressed in a short white embroidered dress (similar to Bellekat's Crystal Dress) with brown shades (like Nour's Kiara Sunglasses in Manner Mania) and matching sandals, Rachel also carried along a big black bag with a trio of side pockets (just like Aaneta's Poqueta Messenger Bag) and wore her "I'd-die-without-it" lime green Hermes ceramic bangle. I love how certain celebs have things that they just always wear and cannot live without (exhibit A: Mary-Kate and that fringe Prada bag or exhibit B: Nicole and her Balenciagas). See, stars: they ARE just like us! One thing that might make Rachel a little less like us, however, is what she does on dates. Rachel said that when she was set up on a blind date recently (wait- I thought she was dating Hayden! Or maybe she just shops with him?) that her suitor "took me to Skid Row in downtown L.A. to see the homeless people. And, you know, in a way, I thought it was cool to experience it, but it was a little random for a first date." I don't really know what to say about this, because it seems like Rachel is treating homeless people like they are animals in the zoo and you can just go and "see them" for entertainment. But then again, people watch Rachel and what she does in her own life for entertainment, so in a way- this kind of makes sense!

Reunited with beau Hayden Christensen (I guess that guy Rach was spotted kissing outside of the Chip and Pepper event was just a friend), the two had a low-key day of shopping and hitting up In N Out for some post-shopping fuel. While the only pictures taken of the couple together were in Rachel's car, she sure looked cute as she left the Virgin Megastore solo. Wearing high-waisted, wide leg jeans (like Joe's Jeans' Muse Jeans in Tricky) with a basic black tank (Gold Hawk's Sheer Drape Cami is a little dressier), a brown belt and black shades, Rachel's cool and casual style definitely took center stage. For a while there, Rachel was staying out of the spotlight, but now she is finally being photographed more, attending events and just going about her daily routine. Maybe she is enjoying being in the spotlight once more, due to the impending release of her new film "Jumper"? Rachel and the rest of the cast (including Hayden) will be attending Twentieth Century Fox's Comic-Con, an event which previews upcoming films and gives fans a sneak peak. "Jumper" focuses around a young man who is able to teleport himself anywhere. Glad to hear Rachel is active with new projects- can't wait for more.

Seemingly sweet starlet Rachel Bilson made a trip to a local Jamba Juice on July 15, casually strolling along and obviously thirsting for a refreshing beverage to cool her down. Wearing a cute red cap-sleeved dress (Revisteer's Pleated Dress is similar to Rachel's, as is the cut of Zoa's Short Sleeve Tie Back Dress, which also comes in red) with aviators and her favorite lime green Hermes bangle, Rachel seems to be as sweet as cherry pie. But are looks deceiving? Reports are swirling around the internet lately that although Rachel's character Summer was sweet and quirky on "The OC", in real life Rachel is anything but. One fan says, of her meeting with Rachel, that "she was so nasty to me. She wouldn't sign this magazine I had because the people said mean things about her in the editor's note. So she was rude to me!! So I asked her nicely, and she like flipped out, and I was like 'why are you being such a b***h?' and she told me to 'f**k myself'." Another person is saying that she "works at a store where Rachel shops often. Her credit card declined once, and she threw a fit. I wanted to slap her in the face. Plus, she's always been SO rude to employees." Can this be?? Then again, actors do get paid to act, so maybe all of Rachel's adorableness is all just an act. No- I won't believe it!

When Rachel Bilson split with Adam Brody, it took her a while to move on, but then she was spotted with Hayden Christensen and suddenly the two were "dating". While Rachel and Hayden remained mum about their status many believed this was all a stunt to drum up publicity for their upcoming film. But this was a few months ago, and Rachel has rarely made public appearances since then. Now, Rachel was photographed in the arms of an older mystery man leaving the Argyle Hotel in Hollywood last night- and giving him a goodnight kiss! Now, let's not jump to conclusions just yet, this could just be a friend to whom she's giving a little peck. But then again, this doesn't reek of a publicity stunt like the whole Rachel/Hayden romance did, so maybe Bilson is finally over Brody and over pretending with Hayden? Time will tell! Earlier in the night, Rachel attended an event in Los Angeles and happily posed for cameras looking as cute as ever. In a loose-fitting top (reminiscent of Gold Hawk's Summer Breeze Top) and wide-leg jeans (like Kasil's Chelsea Jean), Rachel truly let her accessories take center stage: a delicate necklace, a lime green Hermes cuff and a white clutch with python detailing (Antoinette Lee Designs' Vita Stitch Clutch and Carla Mancini's Python Clutch are similar bags to Rachel's). Rachel Bilson spent June 23 casually shopping and relaxing with her little sis, looking adorable as always (I mean really, can there ever be a Rachel sighting where I don’t say she’s “adorable as always?”) and very ready for summer. In a rusty red mini-dress (Karen Zambos’ Scoop Dress in Rust is similar) with aviators, white flats (Davis by Ruthie Davis’ Zipper Flats would be perfect with that Karen Zambos dress) and carrying a Zac Posen bag, Rach looked casual but not like she’s trying too hard. This look, trust me, is hard to pull off, but Rachel always manages to effortlessly. What I am wondering, however, is that since Rachel has been strolling, shopping, relaxing and attending so many charity events lately, when is she going to make her triumphant return to acting? Ex-“OC” bud Mischa Barton is working on new projects (granted, they don’t sound too stimulating- hello Finding t.A.T.u.), so when is Rachel gonna get back to work? Maybe she just wants a summer to relax and enjoy life, which is totally understandable. Save me a spot next to you on the beach, Rach!

The girls were definitely there for a good cause, as Rachel lent a famous hand for a deserving organization. Wearing black skinnies with a white burnout tee, Rach completed her look with a Chanel bag and black cropped jacket (Walter's Chambray Girly Moto Jacket in yellow is a similar, more Springtime-y version). Of course, Rachel looked eclectic and cute as usual. Doing everything she could do avoid questions regarding her rumored romance with Hayden Christensen, Rach devoted the day to the good cause at hand. Considering she has such a younger sibling, Rachel has said that pediatric AIDS is a cause that's very close to her heart. So refreshing to see a young Hollywood starlet not swept up in DUI or rehab scandals!

Rachel Bilson strolled the sunny streets of Los Angeles on April 23 with her mangy mutt, Thurmen Murman, as well as her rumored boyfriend, Hayden Christensen. Wearing a black and white floral patterned tunic (for a similar pattern in a sexier, more "going out"-ish top, check out this one from Tricia Fix) with black tights, shell earrings and black Uggs, Rachel of course added a touch of couture with her red quilted Chanel bag. While her former boo, lovably geeky Adam Brody, just released one of his first feature films, In the Land of Women (which ended up bombing), Rachel has been a whole lot more picky about her projects. That's why she's not releasing crappy movie after crappy movie! Rachel has made it evidently clear that she definitely wants to wait for the right film to come along (aw!). She said how she's "not just going to work, because there are films that you just could just do such as genre pictures and what not.” I get the point Rach, you don't want to do a lame movie just because you're offered the part, but still… I hope you attach yourself to a project soon, I miss seeing your adorable face on the screen!

Not sure how true these rumors are, but it would be a plausible reason for why these two are so publicly flaunting their affection for one another.

Looking professional in navy slacks, brown sunglasses and a sheer blue blouse, it seems that Rachel is pretty fond of this particular top, because it was definitely not the first time she has worn it! This is one of the reason's why she seems so down to earth, because like me (and I'm sure like you too), when Rachel has an item of clothing she loves, she'll wear it more than once. Totally modest, Rachel has said that "Everyone needs a stylist to pull clothes for you when you have all these events because you can't shop that much and you are not going to buy all these gowns for thousands of dollars. She knew the day after I lost my virginity. Oh, yeah. She starting talking to me about sex. She said, 'It happened last night, didn't it?' I was like, 'How did you do that?!' She did the whole mom thing, of course: Use condoms, etc. Weird, but helpful." I have to admit, this is way better than those parents who live in a fairyland and think that their children are never going to get busy, then are shocked when the kids come home one day preggers. First Britney and Kevin (about time), then Ryan and Reese (devastated), and Pam and Kid Rock (trying to hide my surprise), and now Rachel and Adam! They first met on the set of their hit show, and have been rockin' steady ever since. A source close to the couple told People that "It was a typical romance and they just grew apart; they've been on and off for a while now…". Think about how awkward their romantic scenes on the show are going to be now! Adam has been seen party hopping and hitting up such hotspots as Hyde, while Rachel has spent more time alone looking inward. They have decided to act mature, however, and are splitting custody (what is he, a kid?) of their dog Thurmen Murman. It looks like, for now, the sun has set on another relationship down in Orange County.

Series creator Josh Schwartz says that "Summer is grieving in a strange way, and has completely reinvented herself as a hippie". In the premiere, Summer is knee-deep in random environmental causes, including one against the caging of chickens, that could not be farther from the ditzy girly girl who was obsessed with celebrity gossip that Summer used to be. I wonder if this "new Summer" will stick, or the good old Sum will come bursting through. Only time can tell, and in the OC, one this is for sure.. change is a given!
