Nicky Hilton was spotted doing some shopping and bolstering the local economy on Melrose yesterday, May 18, keeping her look basic with a few luxury pieces. Nicky started with a pair of super skinny thrashed black denim (Frankie B.'s My Love Jeans in FB Noir are perfect for a DIY thrashing) and matched with two tanks, one white and one black (I think the color pairing of Rails' Taylor Tank in Bark and P.G.D. Style's Fancy Tank in Black would be cool). Accessory wise, Hilton nabbed an enviable structured Goyard bag and slipped her tootsies into a cute black and white patent pair of Loubs - then finished off her look with some subtle silver jewelry: a heart necklace (try Michele Michel Jewelry's Hammered Heart Pendant in Silver), a simple ring (like Christie Martin Jewelry's Sterling Silver Band Ring), and a chunky bracelet (similar to Femme Metale Jewelry's Royal Crest Bracelet in Sterling Silver). What are your thoughts on Nicky's casual look - do you love or do you not love? I'm not sure how many of you have noticed this, but compared to sister Paris, and actually to most celebrities in general, Nicky really manages to stay completely out of the press. Save for the occasional "Scary Skinny" story, not much is known about NH's personal life or her day-to-day drama. N is still dating David Katzenberg, and I wonder if they have any wedding plans in the works? What do you think, readers - how does Nicky stay out of the press?
