Making the most of her world press tour for Hannah Montana: The Movie, Miley Cyrus was spotted making a much anticipated shopping trip to the flagship TopShop store in London on April 23. Dressed in a casual blue-green tie-dyed blouse (try Cake Couture's Organic Tie Dye Sweater in Jade) and aged denim skinnies (like James Jeans' Sammy 5 Pocket Skinny Leg Jean in Icon), I have to admit I adore Miley's ivory ankle boots. Like almost everything she wears, they're a little old for her but she (sorta) pulls it off. What do you think of the short style? Accessorizing with a vivid fuchsia shoulder bag (try Carla Mancini's Foldover Bag with Rivets in Fuchsia), a long gold chain necklace (check out Circadian Studio's Gold Small Circles Long Wrap Necklace in Gold) and plenty of thick bracelets (trying starting with CC Skye's Double Wrap Bracelet in Luggage), Miley flashed her trademark peace sign at the paps as she made her way into the store. It seems like every celeb is hopping on Twitter to communicate with their fans these days, and Miley has turned into an avid little tweeter to keep in touch with her young followers. Miley shared her TopShop obsession 3 separate times yesterday, tweeting, "london here i come! or should i say.... TOPSHOP!!!" at the airport before adding, “press : ( then topshop yayy!!!!" followed by "topshop was ammaaazzinggg", keeping her fans abreast of her every little move. I don't know about the whole Twitter thing, but it is kind of cool to see tweets from Nicole Richie and Heidi Montag on Miley's profile... and of course Perez Hilton! Are any of you twittering yet?

I absolutely LOVE this look! Very colorful and fun. The boots are soooo freaking chic! Love! And the bag.... oh my gosh, it's amazing.
