PART OF THE COSMO CROWD

Looking a little haggard, Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez recovered from their New Year's Eve night in Vegas with a hearty lunch at Jerry's Deli in Los Angeles on January 1. The shy couple was spotted partying at the grand opening of the Marquee Nightclub at the new Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas the night before, ringing in the new year with just about every other celebrity in Hollywood. Was anyone actually in LA for NYE this year? Cam stepped out in a very casual look, wearing a white tee with a brown cardi (like Alternative Apparel's Mrs. Roper Shawl in Eco Oatmeal), faded skinny jeans (check out Kill City's Super Skinny in Indigo) and a pair of chestnut flat boots (try Farylrobin's Lottie Chelsea Boot in Brown). Cameron kept warm with a taupe scarf (cozy up in Lucky Brand's Soft Shore Scarf in Cream), staying hydrated with a bottle of Fuji water and countless others stored in her beige carryall (similar to Julie K Handbags' Gabby in Grey). I just can't help thinking it looks like she's in pain in these photos – yikes! At least Cameron will have some time to relax before she gets back to work. Her newest flick The Green Hornet comes out in theatres this month on January 11, so I have a feeling she was getting partying with Alex Rodriguez out of the way before beginning her US press tour for the film.
