OUT OF LINE?

Kristen Stewart heads down under for some Twilight promotions in Sydney, Australia on May 31. K joined her co-star Taylor Lautner at Luna Park for a meet and greet sesh with fans in anticipation of the release of the latest film in the saga, Twilight: Eclipse, in theaters on June 30. Kristen may be shy, but she let her bright yellow skirt do all the talking while on stage (add some color to your bottom half with Walter's quirky Patchwork Striped Skirt in Gold), tucking in a black sheer top (show off your curves in Monrow's Basic Long Tank in Black, or try combining the look with a sexy body hugging dress like Carter's Vegan Leather Contrast Dress in Black) to let the color stand out. Next K slipped on some black Sergio Rossi booties (lighten up for summer with Coye Nokes' Joan Bootie in Black Embossed Python) and pulled her hair back in a pony, adding a few simple black leather bracelets to complete the look (love the edgy vibe of Antoinette Lee's Studded Chain Bracelet in Black). What are your thoughts on this polished look readers, do you think it's an improvement for Kristen? As painfully awkward and shy as she is, K just can't seem to keep herself from coming under fire for her blunt comments in interviews. In a recent issue of British Elle, Kristen shared quite graphically how violated she feels by the paparazzi presence in her life: “What you don’t see are the cameras shoved in my face and the bizarre intrusive questions being asked, or the people falling over themselves, screaming and taunting to get a reaction. The photos are so…I feel like I’m looking at someone being raped. A lot of the time I can’t handle it. It’s f—ed. I never expected that this would be my life.” As insensitive as what she's saying is, I can't help but feel bad for her to come under fire for describing what she goes through every day. Do you think her comments were out of line, or is she just drawing sharp attention to the way celebrities' lives are invaded by the paps?
