Flaunting brilliant blonde, straightened locks, Christina Aguilera went out to family din-din in Manhattan on September 1, carrying her adorable baby Max with hubby Jordan Bratman in tow. Despite the fact that it can’t be easy to wear heels that high while carrying a squirming baby like Max, Christina politely stopped to sign autographs on her way into the eatery. For her dinner ‘fit, Mama-guilera rocked a long graphic print maxi dress (similar to Plenty by Tracy Reese’s Maxi Slip Dress in Azure), with sky high T-strap wedge heels, a long silver necklace and matching cuff bracelet (try Mickey Lynn’s Sweet Dreams Silver Accent Necklace with Rachel Leigh’s Snake Cuff in Silver), complete with big round shades covering her face (check out JeeVice’s Passionate in Antic Gold). I have a feeling Mama-guilera and family are settling into the Big Apple this week for Christina’s two upcoming performances, the “Fashion Rocks” showcase on September 5, and MTV’s 2008 VMA’s on September 7. Rumor has it, Britney Spears and Madonna may also be taking the stage at this year’s VMA celebration. Personally, I can’t imagine MTV wanting to give BritBrit another shot at a “comeback” after last year’s flop, but the chance of another 3-way kiss between the pop sensations – now you know that possibility and the ratings that would follow has to have producers buzzing! Britney’s rep denies she will appear this year - in fact, she is claiming she turned down the chance to perform again, and Madonna is unconfirmed due to her “Sticky and Sweet” tour in progress. Hmm, seems like a long shot to me, but what do you think – would a 5th year anniversary 3-way for Mama-guilera be a wise idea?
