Olivia Palermo made an appearance at the Ermenegildo Zegna Milan Fashion Week Menswear A/W 2011 show that was held in Milan, Italy on January 15, and is definitely embracing the vibrant color trend for spring! For her outfit, Olivia wore a Agnona Fall 2010 tangerine blazer that she paired with checkered trousers and her trusty vintage Hermes clutch. She finished things off with a gold watch and a pair of yellow Kurt Geiger heels. I love the way that Olivia color coordinates her looks in a way that doesn't seem too matchy-match... take note Paris Hilton. You might notice that the checks in her pants are orange and brown, and perfectly complement her tank and jacket. This is no coincidence. For a similar outfit to Olivia's, I'd suggest starting with a vibrant jacket, such as Betsey Johnson's Flounce Jacket in Multi - then again, going with a classic blazer (similar to Tart's Peyton Blazer in Black) is always a classic choice. From there, pair with a chic pair of trousers, such as Tag Jeans' Century City Trouser in Charcoal, and slip into a bright pair of stilettos. The finishing touch can be Inge Christopher's Armadillo Trapezoid Clutch in Bronze, it's similar to Olivia's with an added dose of exotic sparkle. Beautiful jacket, she wears this color well, not everyone can. Still, she would look better if she gained some weight - imo. Not crazy about the pants, and since the shoes *almost* match would rather see them contrast, in brown maybe.guest on Jan 20 2011 @ 11:18 PM
