Olivia Palermo made an appearance at the 2010 Tribeca Ball in NYC on April 12, taking the time to smile and pose for photographers as she made her way inside. For her ensemble, Olivia chose a printed Rachel Roy Fall 2010 chiffon dress, along with a feathered clutch and strappy black stilettos.
