Olivia Wilde keeps it casual while picking up some last minute holiday gifts with her hubby Tao Ruspoli on December 23 in Venice, CA. From the waist up, she looks cute and wintery, waist down… um… is that a camel toe? I think this is a great example of why leggings work best with tunic length tops. Oli put her 'fit together with a cute cropped denim jacket (like True Religion's Jimmy Jacket in Dark Savannah) over a loose tee (Lotta Stensson's Silk Crepe Racer Tank in White is a great basic in a luxurious fabric) and pink fringed scarf (A Graves' Colt 45 Scarf in Pink is one of my favorites). From there, Olivia went straight to comfort-ville with plain black leggings (avoid any cliché wardrobe malfunctions with a more structured legging like Joe's Jeans' Chelsea Ankle in Morgan) and classic tall Uggs (add some style with Gwyneth Shoe's Elly Boot in Tobacco). On the bright side, at least her bum looks good, but I'm not feeling the leggings sans coverage at all. What are your thoughts on this fashion dilemma, readers?
