Nicky Hilton was spotted showing off her gams at the BlackBerry Bold launch event held in Beverly Hills on October 30, and for some reason reminds me here of a mix between Lauren Conrad and Carmen Electra. Can you see it? For her red carpet moment, Nicky (and/or her stylist) picked a vibrant floral mini dress (check out similar options, like Plenty by Tracy Reese's Strapless Dress in Blaika, or Miguelina's vibrant Tyra Dress in Multi) with black Loubs and a skinny black waist belt (similar to Jack Rabbit Collection's Bullet Belt in Black). She then finished her look off with a few silver statemtent bangles (like Rachel Leigh's Snake Cuff in Silver) and her favorite diamond circle necklace. I personally think Nicky looks great here, and that the dress completely complements her figure and skin tone. Funny enough, "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale was spotted in New York earlier this month in the exact same frock. Do your homework stylists! While Nicky has been dating her beau, David Katzenberg, for quite some time now, it seems that there are no plans for the two to tie the knot anytime soon. Nicky says, "There are no wedding plans. There are lots and lots of rumors but I will put them to rest." And there you have it!

Think she looks great here. Love the colors and print, not so shure about the season though. Isn't it a little off for November/October?
