NEW CAREER: VIDEO VIXEN?

Less than 12 hours after toasting the lavish grand opening of Beso in Las Vegas, Eva Longoria was back in Beverly Hills attending the annual Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment Breakfast at the Beverly Hills Hotel on December 4. You can't even tell she was taking tequila shots the night before! At the event Eva appropriately picked Loewe's Fall 2009 "Vestido" dress – meaning "dress" in Spanish, clever – with a charcoal gray sheath and rows of black and navy velvet mixed with silver trim from the waist down to the hem (try a modified version with Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent's Sequin Hem Tank Dress in Grey) with standard YSL Trib Two's (try something with a bit more flair like Samanta's patent and pony textured Viv Heel in Pony Black). Eva carried a textured black clutch (Violet New York City's new addition to CoutureCandy, Manhattanite in Black is a perfect way to add a unique touch) and accessorized with a silver wristwatch and shiny silver earrings (Rachel Leigh's uber affordable Panel Earrings in Silver go great with any holiday ensemble). What do you think of Eva's lunching attire? I'm loving her hair long again, even if her extensions are super obvious, but I think such an embellished dress calls for more exciting footwear than basic black pumps. Perhaps it's just me – what do you readers think? It seems like I read so much about Eva's ownership of 2 restaurants that I forget she rose to fame on Desperate Housewives. Eva recently joked with reporters about how she always spills the beans on big plot twists, so she quickly tried to recant after revealing someone is going to die this season: "I am always being asked about it and a few times I have nearly told everyone… I did not die. I know that much. But maybe I am lying. Maybe I am dead. Maybe they did kill me off. Maybe my new day job is going to be in music videos. A video vixen.” That's Eva, always the jokester! Who do you Desperate Housewives fans think will be exiting the show this season?
