Taking the golden girl reigns, Kristen Bell literally shines on the red carpet on the Costume Designers Guild Awards in Beverly Hills on February 25. KB had her moment to sparkle in a glamorous gold Stella McCartney frock with a plunging V neckline (get ready to sparkle this spring in Sue Wong's Cheetah Print Beaded Dress in Gold or Love Couture's Striped Sequin Tank in Gold) with Jimmy Choo slingbacks to match (try Samanta's sassy Ena Sandal Heel in Gold). With such a flashy dress, Kristen skipped out on jewelry, something I approve of – the dress has enough shine! The only area that could use a little improvement is her hair. I get the messy-chic vibe she's trying to portray here, but do you think she pulls it off or does it look sloppy? Since news of her engagement to beau Dax Shepard was announced, KB had kept her lips sealed about their nuptial plans. This week she finally broke her silence and announced she won't be sharing details about her special day at all, and is turning down any and all offers from magazines to buy their wedding photos. She explained, "[We] keep a very low profile. We're all the more private because people are interested and we really don't think they should be. We're not interested in making a spectacle out of something we think is lovely." And that's the way it should be!
